What We Believe
Statement of Faith

God -
We believe in one eternal, sovereign God who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew3:16-17) He is the Creator of all things, perfect in holiness, love, wisdom, and truth. God is unchanging in His nature and faithful to His promises, worthy of all worship and obedience.
Jesus Christ -
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully divine and fully human. (John 1:29) Conceived by the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18) and born of the virgin Mary, (Luke 1:26-38) He lived a sinless life, revealed the Father’s heart, and willingly gave His life on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. (John 10:18) He rose bodily from the dead, (Matthew 28:6-7) ascended into heaven, sits at the right hand of God and intercedes for believers. (Romans8:34)
We joyfully await His glorious return. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
The Holy Spirit -
We believe the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity, sent to glorify Jesus, convict the world of sin, and empower believers for holy living and effective ministry. The Spirit indwells every believer at conversion, producing spiritual fruit and guiding them into truth. We affirm the baptism of the Holy Spirit to empower the believer to be bold witnesses (Acts 1:8) accompanied by spiritual gifts (Acts 2:4 and 1 Corinthians 12:8-10) empowering the believer to build up the Church (Ecclesia) and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
The Bible -
We believe the Holy Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17) They reveal God’s plan of redemption, His character, and His will for our lives. The Bible is the final standard and authority for faith, doctrine, and conduct, and through it, God continues to speak to His people today.
Salvation -
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone which make a person born again. (St. John 3:3) It is not earned by works but granted through Christ’s finished work on the cross. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Salvation brings forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, new spiritual birth, and the promise of eternal life. This new life is marked by transformation through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.
The Church -
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers across every nation and culture. (Ephesians 1:22-23) The Church is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and demonstrate the reality of God’s Kingdom through love, unity, and the operation of spiritual gifts. Local congregations are vital communities where believers grow in faith, serve one another, and are equipped for ministry. (Matthew 28:19)
The Kingdom Mission -
We believe God calls His people to live Spirit-filled lives that reflect His character and advance His Kingdom on earth. This mission includes proclaiming the Good News, caring for the poor and oppressed, healing the sick, and confronting injustice. (Matthew10:7-8) We are committed to prayer, worship, and bold witness, anticipating the day of Christ' return.
